Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy is dedicated to creating a treatment and cure by funding and advancing a comprehensive research program; supporting SMA families through networking, information and services; improving care for all SMA patients; educating health professionals and the public about SMA; enlisting government support for SMA; and embracing all touched by SMA in a caring community.

Celia’s Hope is about a beautiful 7-year-old child living with Cerebral Palsy (CP). She’s made tremendous strides over the last few years and her family wants the progress to continue. Celia’s team walks, as a family, in support of her and all children with CP. ELAP is proud to support Team Celia’s Hope and the United Cerebral Palsy 5K walk.

BB_CleanELAP has been a proud supporter of the Bert Bell Memorial Award Dinner. The Bert Bell Memorial Award Dinner supports Michael’s Way. The money they raise helps fund pediatric cancer research, the Family Support Funds at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, the Philadelphia and South Jersey Ronald McDonald Houses and the Bert Bell Memorial Award Dinner college scholarships.
